假期期间新冠肺炎防范新措施

Prevention of Coronavirus for this coming holiday

1. 三月假期即将来临，为防范新冠肺炎，照顾全校师生的健康安全，校方呼吁教职员和学生避免出国、不到人多的场所及做好个人卫生的防护工作。

2. 目前新冠肺炎疫情严重的国家有中国、韩国、日本、伊朗、新加坡、意大利、法国、德国、美国等国（如下图），教职员若没必要，请勿到上述国家。非不得己者，必须向校长报备出游计划。学生则向班导师报备，再由班导师知会训育处。

3. 出游者，是否需要被隔离，由校长视情况决定。若因此而遭隔离的师生，隔离期间将以事假处理。若有亲友从上述国家回来，也请保持距离，不宜过密接触。有需要者，请自行准备口罩到校。

4. 开学后，学校将会继续执行下列措施：

1) 早自习时间，班导师协助留意学生的健康状况，请身体不适者到训育处量体温。

2) 有发烧或流感症状者，训育处将联系家长带回就诊。

3) 班导师提醒学生每天放学前，清空桌面及抽屉，总务处会于放学后喷洒消毒药水。

4) 宿舍生于23/3（一）回返宿舍时，请宿舍老师先为学生测量体温，若出现发烧或流感症状，建议家长带回就诊。

全体师生若身感不适，请立即佩戴口罩，保护自己及他人。

1. The March holiday is coming. In order to prevent coronary pneumonia and to take care of the health and safety of all the teachers, staffs and students, the school urges all the teachers, staffs and students to avoid going abroad, less crowded places, and to maintain personal hygiene.

2. At present, countries with severe outbreaks of coronary pneumonia include China, South Korea, Japan, Iran, Singapore, Italy, France, Germany, United States and others(data stated in the picture as shown below). If not necessary, please do not go to the above countries. Those who are not required to do so must report to the principal for a travel plan. Students report to the form teacher, and the form teacher informs the discipline dept..

3. Whether travellers need to be quarantined is determined by the Principal.Teachers and students who have been isolated due to travel reasons will be treated as unpaid leave during the isolation period. If relatives and friends return from the above countries, please also keep a distance and do not contact too closely. Please prepare your own mask if necessary.

4. After school starts on 24^th March, the school will continue to implement the following measures:

1) In the early self-study hours, form teacher need help to pay attention to the health status of the students, and invite those who are not feeling well to the discipline department to take their body temperature.

2）If that particular student have a fever or flu symptoms, the discipline department will contact the parents to bring them back to the doctor.

3) The form teacher needs to remind students to empty the desk and drawers before leaving the school every day. The General Affairs Office will spray disinfectant after school.

4) As for dormitory student returns to the dormitory on 23/3 (Mon), dormitory teacher need to measure the body temperature of the student first. If fever or flu symptoms appear, parents are advised to bring them back to the doctor.

If any teachers, staffs and students feel unwell, please wear masks immediately to protect yourself and others.
